 Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (Amended, reaffirmed, & readopted April 2006)

ORDINANCE 2008-3, amending the District Township Subdivision & Land Development Ordinance by adding provisions concerning riparian buffers applicable to all plans involving water courses.
