The District Township Zoning Hearing Board meets only upon receipt of an application at the Municipal Building. This three-member board is a judicial body appointed by the Board of Supervisors for three-year terms. The Zoning Hearing Board is responsible for hearing appeals concerning decisions from the Township Zoning Officer and deciding requests for variances and special exceptions to the Township's Zoning Ordinance. Please stop by the Municipal Office for an application. Please note that there is a $400.00 non-reimbursable fee for consideration of an application.
